Ops Center is an internal executive communication platform operated by Fintella ("we", "us", "our") for authorized personnel of the organization. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information within the platform.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: Name, email address, and profile photo from your Google Workspace account.
  • Integration data: When you connect Google Calendar, Google Drive, or Google Contacts, we access data from those services to display it within Ops Center. We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain your connection.
  • Content you create: Messages, requests, ideas, and other content you submit through the platform.
  • Usage data: Basic analytics such as login timestamps and feature usage to improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Ops Center platform.
  • To authenticate your identity and enforce access controls.
  • To display calendar events, drive files, and contacts from connected integrations.
  • To send notifications you have opted into (mentions, request updates).
  • To improve platform reliability and user experience.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is only shared with infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) as necessary to operate the platform, and with Google APIs to fulfill integration functionality.

5. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. OAuth credentials are stored encrypted. Access to the platform is restricted to authorized users via Google OAuth and invitation-based access control. Row-level security policies enforce entity isolation at the database level.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting your organization administrator. Integration tokens can be revoked at any time from the Integrations settings page.

7. Google API Disclosure

Ops Center's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
